Hot-melt nut insertion methods
Hot melt implantation is a common method of implanting nuts, generally based on hot melt machines and hand-made electro-chromium iron buried nails

Alternative methods of inserting nuts
Injection moulded nuts
The diameter of the nut is regulated to within 0.05 mm. Since the product is stored in the injection mould after being fixed by the Molding Pin, the diameter of the nut is regulated by the height of the PIN pin of the injection moulding machine.
Ultrasonic Nuts
When the temperature reaches the softening temperature of the workpiece itself, the nut is inserted into the plastic product and the vibration is terminated, and the product and workpiece are cooled and shaped together under a certain working pressure.
Characteristics of hot melt nuts
1.Can be quickly buried by applying hot fusion or ultrasonic.
2.The design of the round mouth guide provides precise positioning and good practical results; it is not easy to tilt.
3.phased, outer diameter design, progressive implantation of plastic; original plastic does not easily crack.
4.from the opposite direction, the double bevel pattern design scheme, and plastic high precision fusion, twisting and tensile strength is very strong.
